Fred brings with him a wealth of industry experience to his current role as Director and Lead Food Safety Auditor and Consultant. As a previous Catering Manager in public hospitals, Fred also operated several small businesses in the food industry before he moved on to work as an Environmental Health Officer, specialising in Food Safety, for local councils.
Today, Fred uses his experience in the food industry to lead a team of DHHS Food Safety Auditors in Victoria, Tasmania, NSW and Western Australia.
